Throughout many of my sessions, I integrate wellness coaching principles however wellness coaching can be highly successful utilised as a stand alone or multiple sessions.
We take a snapshot of your life in the present moment and look towards the way you want to feel physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We assess the areas of key focus and there may be recommendations to other modalities or key personnel to seek further support in order to create the change you require in your life.
After determining your goals and desires my focus is on raising your energetic vibration in order to:
