SAMVAHAN
‘The universe is nothing but rhythm, the body is nothing but rhythm. The job of a healer is to bring your rhythms into harmony with the natural rhythms of the universe’ Dr. Ram K. Bhosle

Samvahan means 'the vehicle which brings balance'.
It is an ancient Himalayan vibrational healing that invites the natural movement of vibrations within the body to create movement, release, balance and healing. Samvahan is a deeply soothing experience often described as being played or tuned like a musical instrument. It is a hands-on touch technique bringing light massage and instruments such as tuning forks, crystal and Tibetan bowls and voice/toning to bring balance and harmony to the nerves, muscles, organs, mind, emotions, energy systems and meridians. Samvahan originated around 2500 years ago in India and was reignited in the 1930s by Mahatma Gandhi's physician Dr Ram Bhosle. I am grateful to have apprenticed with Michael Trembath, the only western Master teacher of this healing approach. Sadly, Michael passed away suddenly in March 2021. Samvahan is beneficial for: stress, an overactive mind, being out of balance or 'stuck' emotionally, anxiety, nervousness, broken hearts, depression, shock, trauma, fatigue, grief, anger and also to help when spiritually lost and can't find your ground or purpose. Samvahan is beneficial as a stand alone treatment or can be integrated within massage, sound healing and red light therapy sessions.
