This 1 hour session aims to reduce stress and tension so that your physical body can access it's natural healing ability. It can sooth the bodymind, improve sleep quality, settle the emotions, reduce anxiety, de-stress and allow for a profoundly peaceful and relaxing state of being. This is a lying down relaxation meditation suitable for age 14 +.
