Mornings of Meditation/Mindfulness/Wellbeing:

Start your day with clarity and awareness. These 45min classes run in blocks of 4 weeks and focus on various meditation and mindfulness techniques, aimed to reduce stress, calm a racing mind, ground the body, improve health and wellbeing and increase energy. Maximum of 10 per class.

Equally suitable for beginners as those who are more advanced, my sound meditation class is more of an experience than a ‘lesson’. This 1 hour session aims to reduce stress and tension so that your physical body can access it's natural healing ability. It can sooth the bodymind, improve sleep quality, settle the emotions, reduce anxiety, de-stress and allow for a profoundly peaceful and relaxing state of being. This is a lying down relaxation meditation suitable for age 15 +. Bookings are essential as spaces are limited.
