MEDITATION FOR HEALINGLearn to use meditation and creative visualisation to bring healing to the physical body and invite inner peace. Useful for all types of conditions and ailments or simply to keep a sense of wellbeing and health. Traditional meditation methods combined with Samvahan vibrational techniques and psychosomatic insights will guide these sessions.
Held fortnightly via zoom on Monday evenings at 7:30pm These meditations are short sessions - for approximately 30 mins and will start on time.
