Group Energy HEALING - ONLINE
WEDNESDAYS - 8PM
Feel the benefits of group energy by joining in with this healing online at 8pm Brisbane time. This is a 45min session via zoom. The session will involve an introduction, brief talk on what the focus is, 20-30 mins of guided healing where you can sit or lie down in the comfort of your own home and then a short debrief afterwards.
It will be interactive in that the creative visualisation process involves you feeling into and visualising your body as we work as a group.
