FOR MASSAGE CLIENTS
Do you do health rebates for massage?
Yes, although not Medibank Private, Australian Unity or Defence Health.
What type of pressure do you use?
This is kind of hard to describe as it's a felt sense. I've been described as being firm, but nurturing, deep and relieving yet warm and gentle. It really depends on what you prefer combined with my intuitive sense.

What do I wear in a massage?
Just your undies is perfect, although if you prefer no undies for a full glute massage that is fine too. My massages are not sexual.

How often should I get a massage?
I get asked this question the most. About once per month would be an average maintenance approach. If you are managing high stress, suffer from ill health or anxiety/depression I would recommend more regularly than once/month. This is also of course up to you, your health and wellness as a priority and your budget.
